Where is kamizone based?

kamizone is based in Central Danmark and run by 2 Pokémon enthusiasts who share the same passion for Pokémon! We ship worldwide so dont worry!

Will a sleeve fit inside the case?

Yes! Most sleeves fits the case, we recommend Perfect fit sleeves or penny sleeves!

Will the cases damage my card?

Absolutely not! In fact, there's probably no safer place to keep your card. Each case contains a cut out recess where your card will fit inside a penny sleeve and still have room to prevent crushing when tightening the case.

Do you ship outside of the EU?

Of course! We ship worldwide.

Instructions on assembling the frame

Dont worry, the assembling is so easy, even a child could do it! If you experience any problems please dont hessitate to contact us :)

Do these cases work for graded cards / slabs?

YES! We have cases for PSA cards, and currently working on cases for CGC graded cards. They are a perfect fit, so the same cases will not work for other grading companies!

Do your Frames offer UV Protection

Our frames do NOT offer UV protection, so we do not recommend direct sunlight, but indirect sunlight is fine.

Returns

What is the return policy?

We offer free returns within 30 days of the date you received it. Please make sure you put items back in their original packaging before you send them back to us. The product must be unworn and unwashed, with hang tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. All products are subject to inspection once we receive them.

Shipping

When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed in the order we receive them unless you've chosen expedited shipping. You can track your order status on a tracking page & also signup for alerts on a courier website.

What do I do if I never received my order?

Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact our support and we can assist you with the next steps.
