Returns

You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase. We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We stand by our product and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.

  • We do not accept returns; all sales are FINAL.
  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already entered production.
  • If an order has already been submitted for production, cancellations may still be accepted at our discretion, but a 20% processing fee will apply. The processing fee is calculated based on the total value of the cancelled product(s) and covers production, material, preparation, and administrative costs already incurred.
  • Once an order has entered production, the 20% processing fee will be deducted from any approved refund.
  • We do our utmost to ensure that your display cases are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination.
  • If your display case arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us with your order number for further instructions.

NOTE: We do not provide pre-paid shipping packages to send products back to us. You must send back unwanted products at your own expense.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products or personalized items.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, where applicable, to let you know whether the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If an order is cancelled after it has already entered production, the applicable 20% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
